The offer is limited to two cats per household per clinic for Palm Springs residents and is cash-only. Do not feed your pet the morning of surgery. Those interested should call the Shelter for an appointment time at (760) 416-5718. The service is offered to reduce the amount of orphaned kittens that begin influxing the Shelter during "Kitten Season" beginning in spring and often running through autumn.
